Community Tasting Notes 2

December 26, 2018 - Went very well with a classic French onion soup as a first course at dinner. Nice flavors of peach, unripe strawberry, and tangerine. Pleasant floral nose. The acidity balanced the richness of the soup. Short, crisp finish.

September 10, 2017 - Initially rather reserved but open up in the glass.

In the mouth very nice at the beginning but did water out a bit. After one hour it changed and became much more interesting.

Very much chardonnay but without the vivacity of a good Burgundy chardonnay.

I will cellar the remaining bottles for at least 2-3 years.
