September 3, 2018 - Absolutely amazing nose with peppery spices and black fruit; soft, fruity, harmonious, balanced and structured - zippy on the midpalate (bright fruit and spice) and super finish with ample but well-integrated tannins - hard to do much better than this for under $25.

May 30, 2018 - Tasted at winery. I gave it 90 points and bought a bottle. After drinking the bottle I changed my rating to 88 pts. It has slightly above richness and finish and a little heavy on the alcohol.

August 20, 2017 - Family Winemaker's 27th Annual Tasting San Francisco, nose of black cherry and plum, same on the palate, medium/big body, fairly fruit forward, tasty, expected more from this Reserve Zinfandel, medium/long finish.
