August 18, 2023 - Still drinking well and off the charts QPR. Apple, pear, slight honey and a subtle minerality. Nice on a hot summer afternoon.

March 9, 2023 - Really nice with starters and Poke bowls, so well balanced and delicious with multiple pairings.

April 13, 2022 - Really delicious and still fresh, seems it could age and mature several more years.

December 3, 2021 - Stellar QPR and beautiful, mature and ready to drink with no degradation / fall off yet at this point and with proper cellaring expect at least 2-3 more years of excellence. Highly recommend. 2 more bottles and look forward to drinking them in the next few months. Drink or hold for another couple of years but probably no further upside to further cellaring. Time has really softened and balanced this wine out and is now much less sweeter then on release - quite off-dry at this point. Nose warmer and a bit sweeter then the palate, some sugar / sweetness present along white peach, pear and cantaloupe and truly a hint of white pepper which I have not encountered very often. Very well integrated, soft, medium bodied and a lovely medium long aftertaste. Flavor profile at this point not entirely dry but very off-dry with minimal sweetness and a hint of honeu, green melon, citrus and cantaloupe.

July 1, 2021 - Generally not a Riesling fan. But we tasted this at the winery a couple of years ago and really liked it. Just opened a bottle today with sushi and it was a nice match. It's a wonderful grape, but my concern always with "dry Riesling" is that it's still too sweet. This one was not. Subtle nose, smooth palate, clean finish.
