April 11, 2022 - Disgorged in Jul 2018, pale straw yellow with fine beads. Nose is akin to a matured Chablis, lemon peel, honey and slightly tar. Bright acidity on palate as this is brut nature, but not the typical grabbing and rough, this is smooth and gentle and at the sametime concentrated. Refreshing and complex.
