    September 13, 2023 - Slightly ageing dark-plum red.
Nose of soft leather, plums, tobacco box, menthol/bay herbs.
Medium bodied; supple tannins (ie softened by age), tracle, sloe, simple red fruit (redcurrant)
Decent length with a violet perfume.

July 5, 2022 - Well integrated oak adds a bit of complexity to the dark fruit profile. Smooth tannins and medium acidity. Drinking well now.

March 19, 2022 - Full-bodied yet not overpowering. We thought it was tanny - but turned out it was the multitude of flavors One of our "low end" favorites

    May 19, 2019 - Cabernet Sauvignon 55% and Merlot 45%

Medium body, deep garnet color. Elegant ripe fruits, oak and dried spices aroma. Plummy and peppery palate complements by dark chocolate and earthy finish. Silky and easy drinking, complex enough and balanced, lovely acidity and well integrated tannins. Food friendly, best match is staffed by rice peppers with truffle sauce. Serve 15º - 18º. Open about two hours ahead. Drink now.
