    February 14, 2024 - assez jeune encore
un digne représentant pour cru bourgeois
    fruité , gouleyant
    Très bon rapport qualité-prix

February 12, 2024 - Smells of black cherry and fruit character. Light and fresh and easy does it.

October 23, 2023 - Decanted 2 hours. Upon decanting heavy leather color & aroma of big tar. Intimal pour flavor of figs, lead pencil w/strong legs. Full finish. Went well with Sausage Risotto.

  • Portland Seth Does not like this wine: 86 points

October 2, 2023 - I bought this bottle 5 years ago and it's still not ready to drink. Attractive nose of leather, horse, cassis, blackberry, cedar, hay. However the palate is tart, astringent and bitter. Glad I only paid $14 (plus 5 years of cellaring) but other wines are more generous. Avoid.

Day 2 and this has improved markedly with softer tannins and an inky minerality. I hope this offers optimism to others as this was my last bottle.
