April 25, 2021 - I personally don't care for the heavy oaked chardonnay's. This lovely elegant Burgundy style chardonnay is just what the doctor should order. Crisp, light oak with hints of honeysuckle and pear. Nicely balanced.
Drank this with BBQ smoked teriyaki salmon, grilled garlic lemon asparagus and a beet and mandarin spring mix salad. Fabulous! -

January 30, 2021 - Clean, crisp, melon and some citrus fruit, slight acidity, very light oak. A tasty and well balanced burgundy style chard.
