July 16, 2010 - Nose brings about a lot of black currant, cherries, raspberries and a bit of vanilla and cinnamon. Firm tannins on this one which I find odd for a cab franc, but there is no mistaking the mouth puckering feel on the finish. Taste was thinner than I would have liked as the tannins muted much of the fruit.
