July 8, 2017 - Farbe, die an Kirschen und Hagebutten erinnert, ist meilenweit vom 'Heller ist besser-Trend' entfernt. Man sieht diesem Rosé die vollreifen Rotweintrauben an und das ist auch gut so! Das kräftige, ja fast maskuline Bouquet strotzt nur so von roten und schwarzen Beeren, Kirschen und Holunder, dazu einen Hauch Kräuterwürze und eine dezente Mineralität, wie man sie auch von einem Tavel kennt. Am Gaumen kompromisslos trocken, kühle Balance zwischen Frucht und Würze, kräftiger Textur und erstaunlicher Dichte. Der Nachhall nochmals herrlich beerenwürzig.
