Community Tasting Notes 1

November 17, 2005 - The color of this wine is a clear, honey colored, golden hue which indicates the richness of the wine to follow. The nose is resplendent with notes of honey, fig, pear and apple. The taste follows the suggestion of the nose with flavors of ripe apples, citrus, fig, pear and honey. The acid still frames the fruit and the wine is magnificent. There is a long finish with fruit, honey and hazelnuts.
