Community Tasting Notes 2

September 2, 2018 - Plenty of sappy stem, dark undergrowth berry fruit, a suave yet gloopy texture. Needs time

  • Bearbus Likes this wine:

April 27, 2018 - Green - fresh cut dandelion, daisies, fresh spinach, green cabbage - sappy, slightly woodsy and smokey, bit reductive, mushroomy undergowth, fungal, some dark fruit hiding underneath (ultra dark cherry and blackcurrant), extremely digested dark leaf matter - well composted, twigs, moss. Lots going on on the nose. Expect this nose to be fantastic in 5+ years too. Silky, round, super glycerin textured, tangy and prickly acidity, juniper berry / caper / Szechuan peppercorn. Would like to see in 5-10 years
