April 12, 2022 - Tasting as part of a comparative Vaillon tasting, along w '16 Fevre and '18 Servin. Medium yellow colour. Leans more toward Meursault than Chablis, rich and ripe. The oak influence is felt more on the nose. A tasty and open knit Chablis.

May 20, 2021 - Medium to medium deep gold, VERY oaky nose, oaky palate as well, I gotta say, this tastes a good deal more like Meursault than Chablis. Good acidity, but quite ripe almost butterscotch flavours. Tasty but not very Chablisesque.

May 16, 2021 - Notes constantes. Confronté au Fèvre: le Moreau est davantage sur le fruit mûr, un peu plus complexe et beaucoup plus expressif, mais se fatigue un peu avec la chaleur de la pièce.
