  April 13, 2020 - Normally a fan of these sous voile wines, but this bottle at least was lacking something, seemed a little heavy despite high acidity. Like I would want to mix it with a bit of fresh ouillé wine. Still, it is a perfect wine with those mature hard cheeses.

  August 11, 2018 - Light straw yellow colour. Nuts and spices on the nose. Taste of ripe yellow apples, nuts and spices with hints of minerals. Rich and complex with a long and rich finish. Goes well with fish, shellfish or cheeses.
