August 22, 2020 - One of those wines that I need to be in the mood to open. Hot summer days, grilled seafood salad, that usually makes the mood. Somewhat chiseled in a sense with its very firm tannins, and heightened acidity. A reliable partner at the dinner table; which is to say, not a sipping wine.
