March 20, 2010 - very nice stuff. the licorice is prevalent and gives it a warm taste. Velvety tannins have all but melted away. drink up

March 13, 2010 - Dinner in a rainstorm - planned to grill flank steak, sausage and a little chicken - and have John and Linda over. Got the grill going - very wet - and got it all cooked - only to find out they had a water problem from all the rain. So Linda came over and got us - and we took the dinner to them - worked just fine. Enjoyed the Clayhouse before dinner with raw veggies and Jill's sundried tomato hummus. John served an Arrowood Cab with the mixed grill. Nice dinner - all things considered.

December 27, 2009 - At home Sunday night with steaks from the grill. Nice match, but wine could use some more bottle age - so will hold the last bottle for a while longer.

August 3, 2009 - Monday (last day of vacation) - Bob and Christine visiting, Mom and Dad, Lisa and Mel joined. Two bottles opened and one given to Lisa to take home.

July 29, 2009 - Wednesday at the shore with London broil, stuffed potatos and green beans. Nice bottle with the steak.
