Community Tasting Notes 1

June 12, 2022 - Dark garnet with some bricking around the rim. The nose is complex and elegant - red and black fruit, coconut, vanilla.

Palate - Medium acidity (although much more pronounced acidity when first opened), smooth, red fruit, tertiary notes of chocolate, leather and oak. Tannins are medium and well integrated.

A lovely wine. However, at the price point, there are other Spanish wines I would opt for (Valbuena, Dalmau, (old) Tondonia etc)
