March 23, 2024 - Tried one early. Decanted for several hours and it needed it. Bouquet be came enjoyable after 3 hours, prior it was a little harsh (alcohol). Nice flavors and long desirable finish. I believe it will benefit from some more cellar time but can be consumed now with prolonged decant 3-5 hrs. Enjoyable.

June 19, 2023 - Ok, I increased my score by a point...so? As far as aromas and flavors I stand by my previous note. Yes, I know, I should have waited at least a year to drink the "next" bottle, but I'm running out of storage. Oh, did decide to increase my drink window by a couple of years, so will wait to drink my next bottle.

January 7, 2023 - Aromas of black cherry, blackberries and licorice; flavors of black cherries and blackberries with a slight earthy tone. The acidity is mellow, but the tannins are a little elevated. This wine is fine for consumption, but I have similar vineyards that are slightly less expensive but in my opinion, a better wine for the value.

June 5, 2022 - Blackberry, blueberry, chocolate, and a touch of coconut. Last and best bottle I had of this vintage, really drinking well right now. Smooth, integrated, rich. Delightful.

December 16, 2021 - Very elegant, medium intensity. Not a heavyweight but brings with it a commanding palate presence with a nice balance between the oak and mature dark fruits. High quality effort here from Darioush from the high quality/low yield 2015 vintage
