February 16, 2024 - Coravin by the glass. Nose of black cherry, blackberry, currant, cedar, chocolate and spice. Blackberry, currant, cedar, chocolate, spice and forest floor on the palate. Very long finish with good depth and balance. Full bodied. Served with a mushroom, leek and Gorgonzola tart.

December 31, 2023 - Popped and poured...two glasses over apps and dinner...certainly improved with the second glass, but still a bit tight...dark fruit and chocolate...some earthiness...medium finish with light tannins...could go another 5-10 years.

May 18, 2023 - Drank with friends, no formal note. Super plush and a slight ripe, it could do with some age to gain some refinement, but it’s super tasty right Joe. Floral, dark fruit, wet soil minerality. Really good stuff.
