June 14, 2023 - Popped and let breath for an hour. The green under ripe tightness, that was present in this wine just a couple years ago, has all but vanished. It was an approachable and enjoyable drinking wine. A little jammy and almost purply on the mouth at first but balanced out over the night to be a perfect pairing with some sausage pizza. A fine representation of Chilean cab, if not particularly inspiring.

July 1, 2022 - Quick taste, distinct green pepper on the nose, and follows through to a fairly herbal palate. But the structure is there, with fairly stiff tannins, and the wine clearly needs some time in the cellar to smooth out. Good potential, and hopefully the green aspect recedes a little.

June 10, 2022 - These are drinking fairly well with some air but do finish a bit jammy for my taste

November 18, 2021 - Nice wine, very good QPR. Typical good quality Chilean Cab. Has years of life ahead but super enjoyable now with some air.

July 12, 2021 - 91(+?)pts. This Cabernet Sauvignon is nowhere near being ready for consumption at this point. On can say it is a bit rustic at the moment - please give it lots and lots of air if you intend to drink it now. But it has the stuffing for 5+ years of bottle aging.
