October 5, 2017 - Deep gold in colour; subtle nose of brioche and honey dew; palate follows nose; medium plus finish with some warm buttery notes; thin mouthfeel; underwealming given that we paid C$55 for a 5 oz pour; restaurant served it using a coravin, but served it much too cold; my rating could be skewed as a result
