April 1, 2023 - Lemon yellow.
Beautiful balance between light citrus notes, fresh Clean acidity and the residual sugar comming through.
Nice finish. Have it with light but elegant food. -

February 10, 2021 - Per Coravin: Schöner leichter Kabinett, schönes süße Säurespiel, geschmacklich relativ wenig süße. Korken etwad schimmelig. Eventuell etwas Luft mit in die Flasche gekommen, da ich vorher vergessen habe die Nadel mit Argon zu fluten.

December 27, 2020 - Slightly green-gold colour. Nose of new wellington boots, slightly funky, saline, fresh-chucked oysters, acacia and other white flowers. Palate is bright and fresh off-dry salinity, petrol and very meaty oysters. Still very young but accessible. However, better to re-visit in a decade.
