November 28, 2019 - Acacia, honeysuckle and dill. A touch of white pepper, subtle though. Medium bodied. This has gained a bit of weight and lost a bit of acid since the last bottle. Clean citrus fruit finish. Very good. Would last longer.

June 8, 2018 - Green apple and stony mineral smell. Light body, plenty of citrus tasting acid. Extremely clean mineral finish. Elegant, balanced and pleasure to drink.

March 31, 2018 - Loimer and friends 2018; 3/30/2018-4/1/2018 (Langenlois): Mostly green apple smell with a bit of pepper or fennel. Light to medium body, with plenty of acid and some lime or other citrus. Characteristic clean after taste. Lovely and excellent value.
