June 8, 2015 - Light yellow
On the nose, tuttifrutti, basement, very sharp and not clean. After a while honey and beeswax can be found. From bad to really good nose.
On the palate, the acidity is still present but in a round way. The honey, vanilla and brioch occurs after approx 10 minutes in the glas.

The wine grows during the evening with some air. This was a blind tasting and a lot of people did not like the wine at the beginning but wanted to change their "votes" later on. -

November 1, 2014 - Pale yellow
On the nose, brioche, fudge, citrus, mineral.
On the palate, clementine peel, chalk, almond.
Medium finish
