May 12, 2024 - Beautifully well-integrated with some lush red fruit, herbal notes, and nice acid. Tannins are smooth. Medium finish. Excellent with food. Will hold for another 5-7 years.

October 30, 2023 - Nice bottle of cab. Powerful, has some good complexity. Not sensing much age on this. Can go another decade I'm sure but it's lovely to drink now.

January 16, 2022 - The 2014 Crimson Clover is really starting to come together now. It is NOT that over-extracted "Cali cab" that many people crave. Rather, it is "reserved" and elegant, with dark plum, prune, licorice (just a hint) or iodine, and some sandlewood. Tannins are soft, but just enough to make this a full, rounded delight. Plenty of upside. Having 3 more bottles, I'll open one every two years to see how they continue to progress.

September 3, 2020 - Delicious wine. Deep and dark, lots of time left on this if you want it but there is no issue with drinking it now.
