May 28, 2021 - Appearance
The wine is deep ruby with a hint of purple.
Nose
The wine is developing and exhibits medium (+) aromas of violets, blackberry, black cherry, blueberry, plum, currant, crushed stones, vanilla, cedar, and mocha.
Palate
The wine is dry with a full body, high acid, medium (+) tannins, high alcohol, exhibiting pronounced flavors of blackberry, plum, blueberry, currant, black cherry, vanilla, cassis, savory herbs, and rosemary with a medium finish.
Conclusion
The quality of the wine is very good. My first taste of Constant and very impressed. This will evolve very nicely for many many years. Life and wine are good!
