December 25, 2022 - I tend to drink these young. They are so approachable. But this one kind of got lost. If this is typical, these estate cabs get better with age. Still lots of fruit, but it is picking up some weight and complexity. Maybe let my other, later vintages sit a while.

August 18, 2022 - I Opened two hours before dinner and let slow ox. Dark fruit on the nose. The palate was dark berries, plums, tobacco and a little tree bark. Finish was moderate to long. Drank a third of the bottle on Wednesday and then finished it with some grilled steak last night
