October 11, 2019 - Braför det priset. Doft av mogna äpplen och viss jästighet och något som jag tolkade som honungsmelon. Smak av citrus med trevliga små bubblor. Viss mineralighet och kort eftersmak med ton av grapefruktskal.

September 30, 2019 - 2019 MW Champagne Tasting, nose of apple, hazelnut, lemon, slate, and toast, same on the palate, medium/big body, tasty, lovely fruit, rich fruit, almost sweet on the mid palate, young-needs 3 years to peak, long finish, priced around $40 and worth it for sure.

April 12, 2019 - Champagne Palmer: Light gold color. The nose boasts lemons, green apples, apricot, mixed with light biscuits, sea salt and ocean spray, with chalk dust and minerals. Bright acidity on the palate yet some creamy depth and very fine bubbles. Limes, lemons, tart apricot, the fruit is blended with a mix of minerals, crusty sea salt, quinine, and I get some toasted baguette, honey, raw almond. A bright Champagne with a pleasant sharpness, but the depth is there as well. I’d love to see what this does with five years in the cellar. An even split between Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, this spends 8 years on the lees.

May 4, 2018 - The nose is too aggressive, yeasty aromas are dominating. 87
