October 26, 2018 - The nose on this has a bit of toast and bread dough. On the palate this is very enjoyable more to the richer end of the spectrum as it spends extended time on its lees. Fine bubbles, with yeasty bread dough, golden apple, lemon biscuit and some golden toast. Enjoyable.
