See my TN for the 2013. All that applies, but this one was even better. Took a while to open up, so a decant would probably help. Kept up well over 4-5 days with a Repour in the fridge.

November 14, 2017 - As I described in my notes on the 2013 version of this, if I tasted this blind I would guess, "Chablis". Not mineral, but definitely nothing "soft" about it either. Paired well with a grilled Italian-marinated chicken breast.
