December 27, 2021 - A classic Spätlese but a bit to the heavy side. Got a lot of pineapple and unmature mango. Miss a bit of acid and freshness but it gets more of that if matched with the right food.

Faint nose, some petrol
Lovely acidity. Stone fruit and lychee. Touch of sweetness. Shorts finish.
Great fall sipper on a sunny day in vancouver.
