June 20, 2020 - Clear white color with greenish twist. The nose is delightful - almost like breathing in a fresh breeze of air on a hot summer evening. The nose reveals pretty notes of gooseberries and fresh zingy lime zest. Smelling this wine reminds me of the gorgeous sense you get, when you smell fresh dusty pollen from elderflowers in the spring/early summertime. The taste is refreshing but with medium+ acidity. There is clearly some stony and mineral driven notes to the palate as well. Not bad.

October 18, 2018 - We enjoyed this, with a little air (20 minutes) it smoothed out. Nice silky minerality to balance the melon and pear notes. Green pepper was more muted. It was an easy and delightful bottle to drink.

May 23, 2018 - The wine looks greenish gold colored. The legs are fast. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like hint of lime, white pepper, asparagus and cut green grass. The body is light/medium with green notes. The wine has smooth texture. The wine finishes short with medium acidity. Was expecting more from this Sauvignon Blanc.
