Community Tasting Notes 1

  • Renton Likes this wine:

April 27, 2018 - I was surprised to find that this wine had mold under the capsule but after opening it was quite drinkable.

-color: ruby red through and through
-body:medium by appearance and medium in taste
-aroma: ripe dark raspberries and premium bubblegum, a little earthiness
-palate: raspberry and cherry on the front of the palate, a surprising medium minus to medium tannins, medium minus acidity, a medium 10 second finish of red fruits

While a surprisingly tannic beaujolais village, this is a nice sipping wine and paired well with a grilled burger dinner.
