April 5, 2023 - This was quite rich for a Bourgogne Blanc. It got better with air, it kind a lost some of it's baby fat. More precise and mineral after two hours. I agree with those who thought of Chablis, it got a wooly finish. And the texture reminded me of a warm vintage in Chablis.

I also smell hints of banana. A juicy lemon pampers the palate with its integrated acidity, little creaminess mineral Mixture, medium body and pretty good length. Precise, fresh Chardonnay for sophisticated everyday enjoyment. -

Minerals (wet stone) on the nose, with yellow apple in the background. Acidic and dry with good length. I guessed Chablis or Macon.
