May 23, 2022 - Very concentrated wine. Still lots of fruit. Acidity a bit too high for my tastes. Have one more to try in a few years.

August 8, 2015 - Comparable notes to others. At first, the nose communicated notes of smoke, leather, cedar, and bright red fruits. The first glass, consumed within an air of opening and decanting, was the best, concentrated and expressive. However, it proceeded to either crawl into a shell and/or become increasingly simplistic over time. In any event, a good and pleasurable experience, but not great, and not likely to ever be great from this point onward, I would guess...

  • nschmidt Does not like this wine:

March 28, 2015 - Drank with A at Mish Mish. Very fragrant upon opening, smells like grape juice. Though there is nothing offensive, it tastes like grape juice with some alcohol. Way too new world for my old world taste preferences. I thought it would be a good change of pace but was very disappointed.

December 1, 2014 - Always a fan, but better young.
