October 14, 2018 - Russk. Terrior Tasting. I like this Chablis producer, having tasted three of their bottlings. This one was the QPR at approximately $25 retail.

January 30, 2018 - Easily recognizable Chablis of Lyne Marchive and Guenole Breteaudeau. Medium body, greenish golden color. Intense but very elegant duchess pears aroma complements by herbal and spicy notes. Green apples palate combined with lingering almond and mineral finish. Intense, clean texture, complex and well balanced, nice apples acidity. Food friendly, best match is shrimps or crayfish. Open half hour in advance. Serve 12º - 14º. Drink now and next four years.

October 28, 2017 - Limited initial fruit (lime and kumquat?) moving straight into a minerally, chalky core, finishes with good but not bracing acidity. One-dimensional but really solid in that dimension... nice.
