This was in the Slow-selling rack at my local for $5 and for me is one of those “lucky dog” moments.
A mix of mild lemon and florals but otherwise not a whole lot going on as far as aromatics.
Green apple/pear/honeysuckle flavor is what makes the wine a pleasant patio sipper. Some anise as it warms.
Light/Medium weight body and a short finish dominated by the pear but not for long.

December 12, 2020 - No contemporaneous notes. This wine has been consistent over many vintages for many years. Nice bouquet. some mineral, moderate complexity, interesting blend of varietals. Very nice, light to medium bodied wine. Decent concentration. Very good value.
