June 29, 2018 - Nose is very bright and welcoming. Light red fruits, strawberries and some burnt oak. This is a thicker mouthfeel, comes in heavy and mouth-coating, little hint of pepper spice with a very long finish. I feel this would be wonderful with a big red sauce pasta. Good complexity if you’re paying attention.
