October 6, 2021 - We were worried that we had waited too long to drink this and fortunately we need not have worried. This was delicious, smooth, flavorful, and a perfect accompaniment to prosciutto and melon.

August 3, 2019 - Festa del Barolo Sydney 2017 (Prince Sydney, 40 Hansard Street): Sour plum, earth, cherry, with a polished, creamy note and a touch of medicinal herbs. Quite muted on the palate, the fruit sweeter with a medium minus chalky textured tannic grip. Hmm.
