March 3, 2023 - Color, clear red with brown hue. 1st nose, oak and macerated fruit; 2nd nose, red fruits and roasted vanila. On the palate, great balance of fruits and acidity with a long finish.

January 1, 2023 - Clear intense red color, 1st nose, red fruits and herbs; 2nd nose, roasted oak and dirt. On the palate, medium to big body, pleasant with balance of fruits and soft tannins with big finish. It is getting better and better with aging.

December 26, 2020 - Not pleased with this one. Believe the cork was compromised/faulty. After removing the capsule, I noticed wine had leaked though and the cork was completely saturated. While this can happen from cork drying out, that would only have happened at the winery. The wine was muted, but not overly oxidized. Reserve is one of Boxwood’s better wines, however, this particular bottle was not. More to come regarding the remaining bottles in my cellar.
