April 25, 2023 - More austere than Bedrock or Carlisle but still enjoyable. My last bottle but plenty of life left.

December 7, 2022 - A little more austere than the other Syrahs I've been drinking lately (Beckmen & Riverain), but still very enjoyable. Curious how the Single Vineyards are doing- will have to check-in.

February 14, 2022 - Better than the bottle I had a year ago or so. Lovely cool weather Syrah. White pepper, olives, briny, lean, angular. Delicious with food or by itself. Astoundingly good QPR. Sad, that Syrah is not more widely grown in CA - and that consumers seem not to reward, with some exceptions, CA Syrah.

August 8, 2021 - Solid cool weather Syrah. Lean and restrained. Slight greenness. Mid palate is a bit hollow. Excellent QPR.

November 30, 2020 - Syrah trying to be pinot. Maybe a Northern Rhone element to it.
