August 31, 2019 - Den välavvägda balansen mellan kropp, elegans och kraft imponerar och ger vinet en bredd. Inledningen är bärigt saftlik med inslag av rosenblad innan smakspektrat börjar domineras av kött, rödbetor, blod och peppar. Övergången faller sig naturligt och balanserar mellan eleganta och kraftfulla inslag. Ett skolboksexempel på hur bra Grenache och Syrah kan komplettera varandra med rätt behandling och utförande.
