February 22, 2023 - Domaine Robert Sirugue Bourgogne 2015
薄旨ピノノワール。
穏やかな余韻でフランボワーズの様な赤系果実、穏やかな出汁感が心地よい。
複雑味はやや乏しいのは広域クラスのためか。
熟成はほぼピークと思われる。
村クラス、畑クラスも飲んでみたい。
Light and tasty Pinot Noir.
Red fruits like raspberry with a mild aftertaste and a pleasant mild soupiness.
Complexity is somewhat lacking, perhaps due to the broad class.
Maturity appears to be almost at its peak.
I would like to try the village and vineyard classes. -

December 16, 2019 - Pretty darn good Bourgogne for $24! Same as last note. Nice sappy red fruits, enough acidity to get the salivary glands working. Nice lingering aftertaste. Not that complex, but darn tasty. Should hold for several more years, no problem.

September 6, 2019 - Lovely red fruits. Rather elegant. Not that complex, but enjoyable nonetheless. Fairly long finish. 12.5% abv.
