February 21, 2019 - From a coravin. Bright cherries on the nose. Alcohol needs to burn off a bit at first; definitely can use some air. Glycerin here and soft, macerated cherry sense. Dryness on short finish. Not much depth. Cocktails and pick ups. Not for a big dinner.
