March 28, 2020 - A bit of yeasty/mealy melon with light citrus. No real oaky notes. Acidity below what I expected. It is a fresh wine and should be drunk immediately at bottling.

November 24, 2019 - Heavy on Green Apple, quince and lemony acidity. Could be more well-rounded. No oak to speak of.

October 28, 2019 - Buttery, smooth lite oak - winner!
