May 31, 2020 - Made from 65% Grenache, 35% Syrah and 5% Mourvedre, and spent 12-14 months in vats.
Decanted in the glass for 2h. Palate with black cherries, stone powder, herbes de provence and smooth tannins. Acidity was rather high. Medium finish.
