August 29, 2007 - clear, bright, black-garnet still product, fushia rim, thin miniscus, medium+ intensity clean, viiolets, lavendar, soft black cherries, some evidence of oak, very floral, medium intensity dry wine, medium intensity, tannins are medium+ (tongue coating), acid is medium-, finish is medium ....fruit seems still black cherries ... medium body (a bit thin) .... serve this wine with grilled salmon, grilled lamb, braised pork. Simple table wine. No faults, yet not memorable.
