    January 15, 2023 - Ripe.

June 12, 2021 - Blind alongside the ‘10 and ‘11 (and ‘11 Roulot). This was the leanest and tightest of the bunch, which was maybe not unexpected in direction, but was surprising in degree. Focused, elegant, and pure for sure, but lacking in fireworks at this point. The jury is out whether a bit more age will change things.

June 6, 2021 - To my taste, this is definitive Meursault, it’s what I want in my glass when choose this appellation. It’s tense but not overly acidic, with juicy succulent fruit. There’s remarkable purity here too.

If there’s any knock it’s that I don’t expect this to live a long time - enjoy now and over the next couple years to catch it in this delightful phase.

March 18, 2021 - Excellent, very crisp with that slight honeyed finish I love. Bought on release and this should keep improving for several years.

April 9, 2019 - Tasted blind - Smartly styled white Burgundy with precise reduction and neatly laced leesy flavours. Subtle white peach, hints of petrol minerals. Mild struck-match and refined lactic nose. Good village weight with expansive minerals, Young and energetic, hints of spring flowers. Some tension with a saline finish. Mild heat seeping through towards the end, 2013? Initially thought Chassagne but minerals were very creamy, really well made. Meursualt Village? 2013? (90/100)
