  September 30, 2023 - With some richness and reduction that one might expect from BBV. A shadow of the village wines which are considerably more complete. This was actually more acid forward than I was expecting / hoping for.

  May 14, 2023 - Perhaps it is my tolerance for blousy, higher alcohol, tropical wines from Aubert and the likes but this was just marvelous. Punching well over the expected level of quality, it would not surprise me to be mistaken for a Coche or Ente BB. Diam10 cork, very clean and balanced - neither reductive or oxidative, the wine was a delight to savor in Zalto BDX glasses over a couple hours. Delicious and a re-buy if I can find any

  July 16, 2021 - Boisson-Vadot Tasting plus X (Freiheit Vinothek, Ulm, Germany): Glass: Zalto Burgundy
  Pale, lemon golden color. Nose is deeper, more developed than the 2016. Way deeper than the 2016 on the palate as well. Wonderful ripe acidity, a bit reductive, nice pressure and grip. Long! 91+

  June 4, 2020 - A private dinner (Wine Bar 4850, Amsterdam, NL): Flowing and gentle, ripe fruit with a tropical edge and lovely freshness, subtle oak, just a hint of matchstick, pure and relaxed, easily the weight of fruit and authority of a village wine, good persistence. Punches above its weight.
