October 14, 2017 - Friends and I tasted this at the Seattle tasting room on 10/14/17. It had an elegant, fragrant bouquet of pear, apple, spice and a touch of citrus aromas. The palate was fresh, clean and round with flavors of pear, apple, minerals, spice and lemon.
