August 17, 2021 - Dark garnet in color and clear in the glass. Aromas of plum, raspberries, menthol, dried herbs, and pepper on the nose. Tastes of plum, black cherry, and pepper on the palate. Medium(+) body, medium(+) acidity, and medium(+) tannins. Exceptionally long finish

January 27, 2020 - Seriously spicy red fruit and earth that totally explodes in your mouth. This did take a while to open up, opened for about 30 minutes and then sat in glasses for about 20 minutes...and then changed as we were swirling and tasting. This has a very long full finish. Rockpile has really wonderful fruit and Segesio knows how to make this wine sing!
